6W6D SIX PACK CHALLENGE (SIX WEEKS, SIX DAYS)

1: $75

This is a 6-week workout plan that progressively gets more difficult forcing your stomach muscles to get ripped and stronger with each day. This program can be combined with another workout plan. 

This workout program requires NO EQUIPMENT. You are suggested to include weights or resistance bands to certain exercises to reach the maximum benefits.  You are also suggested to use a yoga or ab mat to perform exercises that are to be completed on the floor.

There are two (optional) gym day workouts included for those who would like to perform this plan in the gym as well.

WHAT WAIST? (HOME WORKOUTS)

1: $60

Are you looking for a "snatched waist" look? This 4-week workout plan was created to supercharge weight loss, put calorie burn on auto-pilot, and sculpt the slim, sexy body of your dreams. You can get the body of your dreams right in the midst of your own home. This program DOES NOT require any equipment but it is highly suggested for you to use resistance glute bands and lightweight dumbbells with certain exercises on this program. 

This program also includes a Nutrition guide that will help you keep track of your eating habit. This nutrition guide includes healthy eating habit tips, sample menus, grocery lists, frequently asked questions with answers. 

This program is a printable document that is emailed to you. You may choose to review the program digitally or printed.

TAKEOVERSZN CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM (TCP)

1: $50-$150

TAKEOVERSZN CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS are personalized and designed for your specific fitness goal needs. These programs will help you maximize efficiency and stay motivated so that way you are avoiding exercises that don't help you reach your goals. 

This type of program encourages personal responsibility by ensuring each person's goals are met individually which makes accountability easier. You let the trainer know your schedule, health/fitness history and type of program that you're interested in, and they do the rest. 

Check out the information provided in the image to the right and choose the best program that will fit for your desired goals. Your next step is to then discuss it with the trainer so we can begin working on the perfect plan for you. 

A questionnaire is provided to you upon receipt of payment. You must answer questions at the best of your ability and provide it to the trainer right away so they can begin to work on your customized plan. Workout programs are currently only provided to you through PDF documents. (Video workout programs coming soon*)

30 DAY CORE CHALLENGE

1 minutes: $50

This program provides you with the opportunity to shred fat and gain muscle in your core within 30 days. Beginner Friendly. This program is less intense than the 6W6D SIX PACK CHALLENGE. No equipment is required for this program.
